why do we need a wedding planner?
We could probably think of hundreds of reasons to this question. We’ve spent years and years crafting our wedding planning expertise, it’s truly not something that happens overnight. For many of you, this is your first time planning a wedding! No judgement here but it’s a simple fact of ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’. Hire someone that has the know how and experience to guide you through the entire process, we promise it’s worth it. Wedding planners are absolutely critical to a seamless day, we’re also in the business of making it all enjoyable. So you can sit back, relax, and enjoy.every.moment!
What exactly do you all do?
We think the better question here would be “what do we not do”. When you hire us, you get unlimited access to your planner via email and phone, with scheduled in-depth monthly planning sessions to track your progress and offer in-sight into how things are coming along. We also like meet in person before your wedding, to visit your venue together and dive into the design/aesthetic/logistics of the space. We give our clients special access to their own wedding portal through our planning software, where you can create design boards, timelines, layouts, wedding website and so much more! As your planner we will manage vendor communications and relations throughout, easing the inevitable ‘inbox burden’ that you might otherwise face. On your wedding day, we handle all setup, manage vendors, watch over the wedding party/family and getting ready details (need lunch picked up? or dresses steamed? We got you) direct guests to and from the event spaces and ensure everything runs according to the intricate plan.
OUR VENUE HAS A COORDINATOR, DO I STILL NEED YOU?
Venue coordinators focus on the venue’s operations, not your personal details. We work with you and for you, and handle everything related to your wedding that the venue coordinator doesn’t cover. Consider us your personal advocate, from start to finish.

What a fun topic for us! We love our planning projects but we are also obsessed with creating beautiful spaces for all kinds of events, here’s where our specialty rentals come into play. Our inventory is huge! We have pieces that fit all styles and aesthetics. We specialize in creating lounge areas but also have a large variety of accent pieces like our 10’ white canoe (perfect for appetizer bars, beer/wine station etc.), white high-tops to enhance cocktail hours, shelving units and consoles to stage your personal decor. So many options so little time!
We love the idea of the rentals, what’s your pricing like?
All of our rental quotes are ‘project dependent’, there are many factors involved when pricing a project. We offer complimentary design/quoting services so if you’re interested but unsure if it’s in the budget, do not hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to walk you through the process.
